Course Bookings

Your place on a course is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received. Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility

Some courses require previous qualifications or experience. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the entry requirements before booking. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Course Fees

All course fees are shown in GBP (£). Payment plans may be available through approved finance providers where applicable.

Cancellations & Transfers

Deposits are non-refundable.

Course dates may be transferred with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable.

Academy Cancellation

KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of the required practical competency.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time.

• Behave professionally and respectfully.

• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Treat trainers, staff, models, and fellow students with respect.

KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Practical Training

Many courses involve practical training on live models. Students must follow all treatment protocols and trainer instructions at all times.

Insurance

It is the student's responsibility to obtain appropriate professional insurance before carrying out treatments following certification. We recommend checking your insurer's individual requirements.

Liability

Whilst every effort is made to provide safe, high-quality training, KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy accepts no liability for business losses, indirect losses, or treatments carried out by students after completing their training.

Photography & Marketing

Photographs or videos may be taken during training for educational or promotional purposes. Your permission will always be requested before any images are used publicly.

Intellectual Property

All course manuals, training materials, presentations, videos, and resources remain the intellectual property of KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during enquiries or bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
