Refund Policy

Course bookings are secured once payment or a deposit has been received.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Course fees may be transferred to an alternative date if at least 14 days' notice is provided, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable.

If KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
