Designed exclusively for qualified skincare and aesthetics professionals, this bespoke mentoring experience gives you the opportunity to learn in a real clinical environment while receiving expert guidance tailored to your individual goals. Whether you're newly qualified and looking to build confidence or an experienced practitioner wanting to refine advanced techniques, your Shadow Day is completely personalised to you. Spend the day observing live treatments, practising on models under supervision, asking clinical questions, troubleshooting challenging cases, or developing the business strategies needed to grow a successful aesthetics clinic. You'll receive honest feedback, practical advice, and professional support in a relaxed, private learning environment. From treatment techniques and consultation skills to pricing, policies, documentation, and client retention, every session is designed around what will benefit you most. Choose to bring your own model or observe live treatments, with ongoing support available after your session to ensure you continue to grow with confidence long after your training day has finished.

Cancellation Policy
Academy Booking Policy At KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, accredited training in a professional, supportive, and safe learning environment. Please read our booking policy carefully before reserving your place on any of our courses. Course Bookings Your place is confirmed once the required deposit or full course fee has been received. As class sizes are intentionally kept small to maximise practical learning and individual support, places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry Requirements Some courses require previous beauty or aesthetics qualifications. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the entry requirements before booking. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice before making your reservation. Payments & Deposits Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on the chosen course. Any remaining balance must be paid before the course start date unless an agreed payment plan is in place. Transfers & Cancellations If you are unable to attend your course, we may be able to transfer your booking to another available date, provided at least 14 days' written notice is given. Transfers are subject to availability and may only be made once. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date, or failure to attend without prior notice, are non-refundable. Academy Cancellations In the unlikely event that KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy needs to postpone or cancel a course, you will be offered either an alternative training date or a full refund of any course fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or any other associated costs. Practical Training & Certification Many of our courses include practical training on live models. Students are expected to follow all health and safety procedures and trainer instructions throughout the course. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of both the theoretical and practical elements and demonstration of the required competency. Professional Conduct We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment. KH Aesthetics & Skincare Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
